Fogarty Surgical Services & Family Care Clinic is founded on the principle of the sanctity of the individual. We believe that compassionate, competent, courteous care is best achieved when this principle is applied.
Dr. Fogarty opened the Hayward location in August of 2005 offering General Surgery services to the community. In July 2006, clinic services were expanded to offer Family Practice. A second clinic location was opened in Rice Lake in 2006.
In September 2009 an office was opened in Cable, where Family Practice providers are available to see patients for scheduled, same-day and walk-in appointments. Dr. Fogarty also sees scheduled patients for general surgery care.
