David Katz, MD
Dr. David Katz graduated in 1965 from Washington & Jefferson College, Washington, Pennsylvania. He received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed his internship at Philadelphia General Hospital. He trained as a resident in surgery and in urology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Katz is certified by the American Board of Urology.
